We can book an appointment within 24 hours. If you have a special occasion and need your carpets cleaned before then, schedule your cleaning at least two days before your event. If we are picking up your rug, then make sure to schedule your appointment ten days before your event.

It is not ideal, and you should avoid it. When rugs are cleaned at your home, potential cleaning issues cannot be adequately controlled, hardwood or stone floors could get damaged, and only the rug’s surface is clean.
When the rug is cleaned at our facility, we have the means to control cleaning-related issues and effectively address pet odors, stains, fringes, etc. Unfortunately, not all rug cleaners are experienced enough to safely and adequately clean rugs, mainly hand-made and Oriental rugs. In general, we complete our cleaning services in about ten business days. While we do work as quickly as possible, circumstances may exist where we will need to keep your rugs longer, such as the case of rug repairs or decontamination treatments. But we will discuss timelines with you before beginning any work on your rugs.
No, we only use products formulated specifically to be safe for the fibers and dyes found in quality rugs. Our site is a controlled space designed exclusively for taking care of your rugs.
Stain and fiber protectors are a good idea, but they are not all equal. There are two main types: water-based (over-the-counter) and solvent-based (professional). In either case, re-application after a professional rug cleaning is recommended. Protectors typically work best on new or newly cleaned rugs.

The best thing you can do to maintain your carpets and keep them in the best shape possible is with regular and proper vacuuming. Frequency and consistency are important to keep carpet fibers from crushing and dirt from settling deep into fibers. Make sure to vacuum in overlapping rows and go slow enough for the machine to have enough time for good suction power.

Spot cleaning right when stains, spills, and accidents happen is vital to keeping your carpets spot-free. Remember to always gently blot when cleaning a spot and never rub.
